AUTOMATIC CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE OF VCR DECK MECHANISM

PURPOSE: An adjusting method and device for travelling of a system in a VCR(Video Cassette Recorder) deck mechanism are provided to automatically adjust the travelling system of the deck mechanism. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting mechanism is lowered for being combined with a deck. Drivers are rotated for precisely combining driver heads and nuts. Height of a lead line is measured at 90 degrees phase of a head drum for arranging P1, P2, P3, and P4 post heights. By rotating P1 or P4, the heights of P1 and P4 are identified with the lead line. P2 and P4 are adjusted for a gap between a taper lower end and the lead line to be zero. Then, P2 and P3 are adjusted for linear property of an envelope value of a video signal to be larger than a reference value. A head height adjusting nut is controlled for a peak value of a control signal to be over the reference value. An azimuth adjusting nut is controlled for an RMS(Root Mean Square) value of an audio signal to be over the reference value.
