PURPOSE: A device for punching rotary press is provided to make replacement easy by preparing a split moving unit and assembling a steel band with the moving unit. CONSTITUTION: A punching device comprises a die wheel. The die wheel includes: a body(200) consisting of a cylindrical part(113) having flanges(212) integrally protruded onto the outer circumference; a moving unit(220) assembled with the cylindrical part, split into more than three pieces while having female threaded portions(224); and an operating unit(230) having an operating groove on the outer circumference and an internal gear(231) engaged with a bevel gear, and making easy assembling and disassembling of a steel band while the moving unit moves inwardly. Size of a hole is varied by simple replacement of a steel band. Thereby, improved convenience in work and cost saving effect are realized.
