PURPOSE: A dislocation preventer of a joint of a main steel pipe is provided to sufficiently endure the high internal pressure of a pipe by installing a pressurizing unit around the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A rubber ring(3) is inserted between a receiving hole(1) of one side pipe and an inserting hole(2) of the other side pipe. A pipe joint is made up by connecting a pressing wheel(4) with a long bolt(19) and a first nut(20). A position deciding unit(10) is adhered to an outer circumferential face of a pipe of a rear part of the pressing wheel. An annular fastening ring(17) is connected with a long bolt(17) and a second nut(21). A pressurizer(11) is installed between an inner circumferential slant face of the fastening ring and the pipe to pressurize the circumference of the pipe with plural pressurizing units. A pressurizing blade(16) is inserted in a pipe wall while all the pressurizing units are rotated by the inner circumferential slant face of the fastening ring and the upper slant face of the pressurizing unit. The pipe joint is combined by the receiving hole, the inserting hole, the rubber ring, the pressing wheel, the long bolt and the first nut. In this state, the position deciding unit, a pressurizing ring and a fastening ring(17) are installed and fastened by the long bolt and the second nut. Thus, the joint does not fall even under the high pressure of a large main steel pipe.
