PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an aluminum solid electrolytic condenser is provided to improve conductivity and high frequency characteristic by coating a conductive polymer liquid and performing a winding process. CONSTITUTION: Bauxite having a large amount of Al2O3·nH2O3 is hot compacted and cold compacted to form an aluminum foil(S100). A surface of the aluminum foil is etched(S200). The aluminum foil receives a formation voltage to form an Al2O3 film(S300). The aluminum foil is fetched to an anode and a cathode(S400). A conductive polymer liquid is coated on a surface of a separator paper(S500). The separator paper coated with the conductive polymer liquid at S500 and the aluminum foil fetched to the anode and the cathode at S400 are wound together(S600).
