METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH GLOSSY POLYESTER FIBER FOR TAILOR

PURPOSE: A method for producing a high glossy polyester fiber is provided to have the uniform fineness and the excellent drawing property by preventing the generation of slip in a spinning process with controlling the tension of a capstan roller in the spinning process. CONSTITUTION: In the production of a high glossy polyester fiber with the terephthalic acid and the ethylene glycol as raw materials, the high glossy polyester fiber is produced by: adding more than one or two metal compounds of 0.005-0.10wt% having the particle size of 16-150mm in the early polymerizing reaction and showed as a formula M-X for the generating polymer; mixing with an oxidized silicon; and controlling the tension of a polymer according to the change of roller diameter inside a capstan in the process to spin the polymer. The M is the element of periodic table IIA, IIB, and IVB, and the X is So4 and Co3. The polymerizing reaction is performed in the range of 270-295°C.
