PURPOSE: A current sense amplifier is provided to be suitable for a memory design requiring a density low power consumption by intercepting a transfer of a charge current from a comparison part and a main cell. CONSTITUTION: A current sense amplifier comprises a reference part, a main cell part, a comparison part and a peak current eliminating part. The reference part(31) generates a reference current, and the main cell part(32) generates a main cell current. The comparison part(33) compares the reference current and the main cell current. The peak current eliminating part(34) intercepts a current transfer from the reference part and the main cell part into the comparison part when resetting the reference part and the main cell part.
