PURPOSE: An image signal processing and matrix switching apparatus capable of processing various image information such as a digital data signal, a composite image signal, and a VGA signal is provided. CONSTITUTION: An image signal processing and matrix switching apparatus includes a plurality of image display devices. A first graphic processor processes a plurality of graphic signals and a composite image signal suitable to an image display device. A second graphic processor processes and provides a plurality of digital graphic signals to the first graphic processor. A controller switches and provides the plurality of graphic signals, the plurality of digital graphic signals, and the composite image signal to the plurality of image display devices.
