METHOD FOR PRODUCING DIRECTIONAL TIRE AND VULCANIZING BLADDER

PURPOSE: A vulcanizing bladder that a vent line formed on an outer surface is installed having an orientational characteristic in the same orientation as an installment orientation of a tread pattern is provided. CONSTITUTION: An orientation that a pattern(1) of a tread is installed is the same as the direction of the pattern(2) formed on the inner face of an inner liner in a directional tire. Thereby, a conicity defect and a uniformity defect of a pneumatic tire generated in a tire are reduced, and the performance of the orientational tire such as a forward traveling property is improved. Herein, a vent line is properly formed on the outer surface of the vulcanizing balder in the same orientation as the pattern orientation of the orientational tire in order to make up the pneumatic tire.
