PURPOSE: Apparatus for preventing over-discharge of a vehicle battery prevents that the batter is over-discharged by a big electric load at no generation state or a low rpm when driving the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Apparatus for preventing over-discharge of a vehicle battery includes a discharge current sensing part for sensing a discharge current of the battery(40). A current regulator regulates a discharge current being discharged to accessory load from the battery. A current regulator driving part drives the current regulator by the discharge current sensed by the discharge current sensing part. The current regulator is a current limiter(60) which limits a current flowing in the accessory load from the battery below a predetermined value. The current regulator is a relay(80) for cutting off the current flowing in the accessory load from the battery.
