PURPOSE: A high efficiency valve unit is provided to prevent the leakage of coolant gas by producing a plate of valve with a steel plate without pores, to improve the efficiency of the compressor and the mechanical property such as the corrosion resistance, and to devise the reduction of producing costs and the improvement of the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A rivet slot(215) is formed in both sides by forming a recessed groove(211) having the low depth(h') without giving the change into a minimum thickness of a valve plate(210). A vent valve(220), a plate spring(230), and a valve stopper(240) are arrived on the recessed groove and combined with the riveting. A packing(250) and a valve cover(260) is combined on the valve plate with a bolt. The valve plate(210) is formed through a process of press such as a coining and a blanking.
