PURPOSE: A producing method is provided to reduce the loss of material, to miniaturize and lighten a component and to improve efficiency and productivity. CONSTITUTION: Properly thick metal plates(4,5,6) are selected by part after grasping the stiffness demanded by part of a corresponding component through analyzing the stiffness or collision of the component when the component(2) is designed. Herein, the selected metal plates are cut, leaving a space needed in clamping a press if it takes the length and width that the corresponding part takes and an outside part. The cut metal plates are welded by a laser welder after contacting welding lines(10,12) each other to make up a panel having different thickness by part, and then completed component is obtained by pressing the panel(14). Herein, the generation of a scrap can be reduced by reinforcing through welding a properly thick metal plate with a laser welder by reinforcing part and non-reinforcing part.
