PURPOSE: A preparing method of ocher with adding mat is provided, which gets rid of fatigue of the lower part of the body caused by housewives keeping standing all day long in the kitchen and promotes the circulation of blood by radiating far-infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (i) a first composition solution mixing process(S1) which adds ocher powder to a basic composition solution and mixes them; (ii) a second composition solution mixing process(S1') which adds a foaming agent to a basic composition solution and mixes them; (iii) a stirring process(S2) which stirs the first and the second composition solution in a stirrer; (iv) a ripening process(S3) which ripens the stirred first or second composition solution for 5-6 hours; (v) an outside film coating process(S4) which coats paper moving by a conveyor with the ripened first composition solution to form an outside film having a thickness of 0.1-0.3 millimeter on the paper; (vi) a second composition solution coating and foaming process(S5) which coats the upper side of the outside film with the second composition solution in a thickness of 8-9 millimeter and foams the solution to prepare a polyvinyl chloride composition body; (vii) a cooling and drying process(S6) which cools and dries the polyvinyl chloride composition body; (viii) a printing process(S7) which winds the polyvinyl chloride composition body outside a roller to eliminate the paper and reversing the polyvinyl chloride composition body and printing various pictures and patterns on the outside film by using the other roller; (ix) a coating process(S8) which passes the printed polyvinyl chloride composition body through a container having a coating solution to coat the printed part; (x) an adhering process(S9) which coats adhesive on the polyvinyl chloride composition body impressed by two rollers to adhere each other; (xi) a cutting process(S10) which cuts the polyvinyl chloride composition body; and (xii) a high frequency fusing process(S11) which puts the polyvinyl chloride composition body in a mold specifying a size and an outward form of a mat and scans the high frequency wave thereto to fuse the polyvinyl chloride composition body according to the size and outward form of the mat and finish-cuts the frame.
