PURPOSE: A damper is provided to reduce unnecessary noise by minimizing damping force at a normal state. CONSTITUTION: A spring(102) is installed inside a damper cap(101). A spring base(103) supports the spring(102). A rubber brush(104) is loaded between the spring base(103) and a rubber member(105). A damper base(106) maintains to insert the devices in a rod(100). The rubber brush(104) prevents excessive friction by sealing a peripheral space of the spring(102) and reducing a contacted face between the rubber brush(104) and the damper cap(101). A small protrusion is formed in the rubber brush(104). A soft damping operation is generated by compressing the protrusion when an amplitude is small. In a large amplitude, a large vertical drag is generated by adding a displacement limit of bases(103,106) into a folding limit of the brush(104).
