DIAGNOSIS METHOD USING PROTEIN EXPRESSED IN AND PURIFIED FROM E. COLI AS DIAGNOSIS ANTIGEN

PURPOSE: Provided is a diagnosis method using a protein expressed in and purified from E. coli as a diagnosis antigen by reacting the antigen with human serum having antibodies from E. coli. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis method using protein expressed in and purified from E. coli as an antigen for diagnosis is characterized by the next steps of: (i) obtaining extract of E. coli producing an antigen for diagnosis but having no vector that expresses a protein; (ii) mixing the extract with serum obtained from a patient to eliminate antibodies in the serum through antigen-antibody reaction; and (iii) reacting the serum with purified antigen as a recombinant protein manufactured in E. coli.
