PURPOSE: A rotor position sensor of a motor with no commutator is provided to prevent a soldered part of hall elements from having a short because of moisture infiltrated to an inside surface of a stator, and minimize an electromagnetic noise in the hall elements, as well as reducing break of the hell elements during a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A coil is wound around a stator. A rotor is positioned on a central part of the stator. A motor with no commutator rotates the rotor by a power source supplied through a printed circuit board. Hall elements are soldered on the printed circuit board, and have a leg part(51C) which is formed by bending predetermined points of position at a body(51A) thereof. A sensor support mechanism(53) receives the hall elements and supports the hall elements. A sensor connecting part(52) interconnects the hall elements and the sensor support mechanism(53). A fixing unit fixes the sensor connecting part to the printed circuit board. An air gap removing unit removes an air gap between the sensor connecting part and the printed circuit board. A guide unit guides the hall elements to be positioned on a side surface of an end part of the stator and supports the all elements.
