PURPOSE: A jig for measuring a characteristic of an insulator is provided to accurately measure the spring characteristic of the insulator by fixing and installing the insulator in a hydraulic pressure measurer. CONSTITUTION: An insulator(10) is inserted through a lower end of an upper jig(50) and fixed by a fixing nut(60). An inner case is fixed between a flange unit(54) of the upper jig and the fixing nut. The insulator fixes the upper jig on a lower end of a load cell(22) of the upper jig. The lower jig is fixed around an outer case of the insulator by assembling a bolt(76). Herein, when the bore of the lower jig is bigger than the outer diameter of the insulator, an inserting unit(80) is inserted and assembled between the bore of the lower jig and the outer diameter of the insulator. The lower jig is fixed on an upper face of an actuator plate(21) through a fixing unit(74) of the lower jig by bolting. The inner case is connected to the load cell through the upper jig and the outer case is fixed on the actuator plate through the lower jig. When vibration is given to the outer case from the actuator plate, the vibration is transferred to the inner case through a rubber member(13). Then the vibration is transferred to the load cell through the upper jig so that the load cell unit measures the spring characteristic of the rubber member.
