The waste disposal vault is connected to a concrete frame made from prefabricated panels (2) assembled on site. These form the basin enclosure which rests by plinths (4) on a concrete slab (6). The slab has a sealed membrane (8) which covers the internal surfaces of the enclosure and rests on the basin bottom.
