PURPOSE: A substitute for packing materials will attribute to recycle waste water, and it is possible to assimilation of packing materials. CONSTITUTION: Usual synthetic packing materials have had various usages because of inexpensive producing cost and plasticity, but it was hard to dispose due to volume and unable to disintegrate biologically. Kefir grain is composed of casein, polysaccharine, lactic bacteria, and yeast, etc. The substitute uses biological property of Kefir grain for producing fermentative dairy goods, especially kefir. The method will be used for treating dairy waste water or sewage including saccharide, protein, or fat. The waste water can be recycled without producing sludge, and kefir generated through recycling waste water will be dehydrated. The material which can be disintegrated biologically will substitute synthetic packing materials.
