PURPOSE: An artificial pumice stone is provided to increase abrasion resistance and durability of pumice stone used for a blue jeans decolorizing process. CONSTITUTION: An artificial pumice stone is produced by forming a molding disc(10) having a sealed hollow unit(11) with a stainless thin plate or plastic and a polishing material(20) having intensity and cohesiveness by being made from plastic binder or a ceramic binder material. Then the float stone is produced by integrally sticking a polishing material on an outer circumference(12) of the molding disc with an adhesive(30). Therefore, the artificial float stone increases abrasion resistance and durability and then improves productivity.
