PURPOSE: A device is provided to exactly insert a battery or a terminal to a charger. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a battery or a terminal in a charger, used in a radio communication comprises: an inserter having a section shape of a terminal, which forms a battery, and a battery thereon; a protrusion which is set on the ends of the inserter, and which is formed on a body of an elastic stick shape and the end of the body; a fixer including a connector formed on the other end; an elastic section having strong elastic power and having the length corresponding to the protrusion and the body; a saw-tooth connector attached to the body of the charger in the one end of the elastic section; a spring including a connecting protrusion fixed in the connector of the fixer.
