PURPOSE: A voice recognition television is provided to adjust a voice and to maximize user's convenience with removal of user's key operations by recognizing various commands according to a learning recognition. CONSTITUTION: A voice signal processing part(210) carries out a signal process with respect to an electric signal and converts the electric signal into data. A learning module(220) receives the data and outputs materials with respect to voice data. A learning memory(230) stores the data from the learning module(220). A voice recognition part(240) receives the data from the voice signal processing part(210), recognizes voice commands of a user, and outputs an operation request signal. A conversation-type memory(260) accesses and outputs a signal corresponding to a control signal. A speaker(SP) expresses the data from the conversation-type memory(260) to be converted to a voice signal.
