PURPOSE: A jig for measuring a characteristic of an engine mounting insulator is provided to accurately measure a spring characteristic by connecting an inner case of the insulator to a load cell through a side plate and an upper plate and fixing an outer case to an actuator plate through an outer case fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A groove of a side plate(60) is inserted in both sides of an upper plate(50) and fixed on the upper plate by connecting a bolt(66) to a fixing portion(62). An outer case fixing hole is assembled on the outside of the insulator by a bolt(87). When a gap is generated between the outer diameter of the insulator and the bore of the outer case fixing unit, an inserting unit(90) is inserted to perfectly fix the insulator in the outer case fixing hole. A through bolt(70) is inserted in a hole(65a) of one side plate(60) and penetrated up to the other side plate hole(65a) via the inner case. The inner case is connected to the side plate by fastening a fixing bolt(75). The upper plate is fixed on a lower face of the load cell by fastening the bolt and the outer case fixing hole is fixed on an upper face of an actuator plate(21) by assembling a bolt(88). The inner case is connected to the load cell and the outer case is connected to the actuator plate. When vibration is given to the actuator plate, the vibration is transferred to the insulator and absorbed through a rubber member(13) between the inner and outer cases. The vibration is transferred to the inner case so that a spring characteristic is measured by comparing the vibration characteristic inputted to the load cell and the vibration given to the actuator plate.
