PURPOSE: An apparatus for recording the central jaw relationship of mandible is provided, to allow an iron pin to be bound to a screwed ball and a ball to be rotated, thereby to make the position and angle of an iron pin be controlled easily. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a ball(40) which contains an iron pin(5) having a screwed body and a terminal pin is set at the point where the bite plate, the midsagittal plane and the first molar meet; the first and second supporting plates(51, 52) which contains an arc-shaped grooved for receiving the ball(40), and whose back and force part are separated to fix the ball; an arc-shaped substrate(60) which is bound to the lower part of the first and second supporting plates(51, 52) to maintain the fixed gap from teeth(4); and a plurality of supporting pins(70) which is fixed to the arc-shaped substrate(60) to maintain the level of the arc-shaped substrate(60).
