An automotive brake disc has segmented brake linings (31-33) which may be assembled and disassembled on a hub with an integrated star- or disc-shaped brake unit. The brake linings have holding extensions reaching to the rear face and which interlock with the axial clamp which retains the brake lining supports. There are fastening nuts on the periphery of the disc assembly.
