The arrangement (1) has an elastically deformable carrier body (3.1) defining a cylindrical internal volume and at least one electrode fixed to the carrier body and tangential to the inner volume. The electrode is in the form of an elongated wire coil (3.2-3.4) accommodated by an opening in the carrier body essentially flush with its inner surface. An Independent claim is also included for an arrangement for implementing the method.
