The plinth consists of a stationary bottom part (5) with power-transmission element (6) and a mobile upper part (7) with power-consumption element (8). The top part contains a safety switch (9) and has a heating dish (10) with heating disc (11). The hood (12) has an egg-pick (13) with point (14) which can close a steam-hole (16).
