The tensioning device is made so that a certain length of its journal (30) is of a shape ensuring that when the cap (10) is in position and the washer (20) is fitted between the cap and the tool, the bolt (24) for the nut (26) will only project far enough through the cap, provided that the journal projects into the aperture (32) in the washer.
