The safety switch can be engaged for each press process (horizontal and vertical, when there is danger for the operator, sensing the presence of anyone between two metal surfaces. The pressing die is connected to high-frequency voltage by one cable (1) and the stamping die by another cable (2) supplying a different voltage. The voltage is cut off if anyone is in the danger point. When voltage is present, a contact (3) operates a safety valve.
