<p>The invention concerns a non-rotating wheel cover assembly for a vehicle. The non-rotating wheel cover assembly contains a basic part (4) and a first body (8) that can rotate with regard to each other. The basic part (4) is fixed to a rim (1) of the vehicle's wheel, while the first body (8) has an eccentric centre of gravity, so that a mainly stready position with regard to the vehicle of the first body (8) is guaranteed. In order to avoid large pendular deflections of the first body (8), a damping mechanism has been applied.</p> |
