A blank feeder (10) includes a blank stack (14) with blanks inclined forward ly in a magazine section (11) and rearwardly in a discharge section (13) so the stack has two effective top ends, one for supply and one for feeding. Blank inclination is reversed intermediate the stack ends without separating blank s in the stack (14) during inclination reversal. Methods and apparatus are disclosed.
