The device comprises two structural groups forming one function unit. The two groups are mounted in a common portable frame (1). The first group contains a lower row of parallel shafts (2) and an upper row of parallel shafts with non-circular discs (2a, 3a) on the outer edge whose circumferential speed increases per following shaft. The distance between the discs of one shaft and those of the following shaft is smaller or equal to the distance between two discs of one shaft.
