<p>A universal joint (12) is provided having a generally cup-shaped yolk (26). The yolk (26) includes a base (68) and a generally cylindrical wall (70) projecting therefrom. The wall (70) partially defines a cavity (74) in the yolk (26). A shaft (24) extends a longitudinal axis and has a ball (52) on the first end (48) thereof. The ball (52) is receivable within the cavity (74) in the yolk (26). Mounting structure (56 and 90) is provided for pivotably supporting the ball (52) in the cavity of the yolk (26).</p> |
