TABLET AND TABLET PRODUCTION METHOD

Tablets containing a drug affected in contact with a lubricating agent, wherein the tablets contain no lubricating agent in it, the inner structure of the tablets comprises a compressed mixture of the drug with a filler, and a lubricating agent is located on the tablet surface. A process for producing tablets which involves the step of mixing a drug affected in contact with a lubricating agent with a filler to give a mixture; the step of mixing a lubricating agent powder and dispersing with air-pulsating wave under positi ve pressure; the step of spraying the lubricating agent powder, which has been dispersed by the above air-pulsating wave under positive pressure, onto the bottom face of the upper pestle, the top face of the lower pestle and the si de face of the mortar of a tabletting machine so as to coat the bottom face of the upper pestle, the top face of the lower pestle and the side face of the mortar with the powder; and the step of compression-molding the above mixtur e by using the pestles and mortar coated at each surface with the lubricating agent.
