Plastic molded float handle

A handle (14) for a concrete float 10 comprises a molded outer grip surface (21) shot around a molded plastic core (20). Two identical components (22) are engaged to form the plastic core. Each component has a mounting nose (24) for engaging a complementary mounting surface of a concrete float blade body, and a hand grip portion extending from the mounting nose. The hand grip portion defines an edge surface for coupling with the edge surface of the other component to form the core (20).
