PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a concentration of a substance in the body or the existence of the substance, by accessing a humor to be analyzed using an access means for accessing an inside of the body or barried permanently in the body. SOLUTION: A port body 10 has a shaft part 11 for attaching a subtantially disk-shaped fixing part 13 to be attached to a cutis 15. The shaft part 11 forms a hollow surrounding body for supporting an elastic self-diaphragm 12. A feed tube 23 and an aspiration tube 21 are extended in a lower end of the port body 10. Catheters are introduced into the tubes 21, 23 respectively through a feed catheter 24 and an aspiration catheter 22. A chemical such as insulin is supplied in a port point of the tube 23 through the catheter 24, and a humor is extracted from a port end point of the tube through the aspiration catheter 22. The tubes 23, 21 are preferably extended inside an abdominal cavity of a patient to allow find a cell sap. |
