PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize data bases between a transmission station host and a reception station host even in a system connecting plural reception station hosts through a transmission line to the transmission station host. SOLUTION: Concerning this distributed data base system, plural reception station hosts 3-5 are connected through a communication line to a transmission station host 1, and the respective reception station hosts 3-5 are provided with a server update information managing table 32 for managing the information of updating to the data bases of servers 7-14 under the control of these hosts themselves, server update processing part 33 and update information notice processing part 34 for transmitting update information only to the servers 7-14, which require updating, while referring to the server update information managing table 32 in the case of updating the data bases of respective servers 7-14 while receiving the update information from the transmission station host 1.
