PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium for propaganda, advertisement, and the like utilizing a balloon capable of being manufactued at low cost even if it is a need of a small quantity and many sorts, and capable of being effective for propaganda and advertisement in a novel form. SOLUTION: The display body B of a separate body is fitted to the gas charging inlet 2 of a balloon body 1. On the display body B, a required propaganda and advertisement content 4 designedly processed is printed. A string 6 for grasping the balloon A and the display body B is fitted to the end part of the display body B. For example when light gas is filled, the display body B is floated up together with the balloon body 1, and the propaganda and advertisement content 4 is clearly indicated on the lower position separately from the balloon A. By properly grasping the lower end of the string 6, action as a propaganda and advertisement medium can be exhibited in the floated up condition.
