NET-LIKE METAL OXIDE STRUCTURAL BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide structural body capable of enlarging the surface area with a small volume and preferably used particularly for obtaining a capacitor having small volume but large capacity. SOLUTION: The metal oxide structural body is composed of flat like bodies, has a grid-shaped structure having >=2 groups of combinations that the center surfaces of the flat-like bodies are parallel to each other and has a conductive material applied on >=2 surfaces of a base material of the metal oxide. The flat-like bodies preferably exist in the density of 0.01-10,000 pieces per 10μm×10μm surface area on the base material.
