PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a window glass from being blurred by setting a prescribed basic temperature as a reference temperature, when an environmental factor is in a prescribed standard state, and by changing the basic temperature according to the deviation from the standard state of the environmental factor and setting it as the reference temperature, when the environmental factor is not in the standard state. SOLUTION: Based on the relation between the temperature differenceΔTG and a differential gear aperture DEF, in a case of the differential gear direction, whenΔTG=0, then DEF=0, and asΔTG changes in the minus direction, DEF becomes large in proportion to the change. On the contrary, in the case of heat direction, whenΔTG changes in the plus direction, DEF becomes small with being behind by 2 deg.C. AS soon as the environment of the window glass changes into one apt to be blurred, DEF becomes large to prevent the blur, while it changes into the environment apt to be fine, DEF is not decreased right away so that even if it is changed into a condition apt to be cloudy or a condition apt to be fine, the differential gear aperture can be held and the window glass can be prevented from blurred.
