PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firm bond even in the application to a patient having an insufficient quantity of regenerative bone for covering the surface of a material with low osteoplastic potency by adhering indifferent cell to a base material consisting of a CaO-SiO2-P2O5-Al2O3 crystallized glass, and culturing and differentiating it to osteoblast. SOLUTION: The crystallized glass used as a base material contains CaO, SiO2, P2O5 and Al2O3 as main components. When an indifferent material is cultured by use of this material, it is efficiently differentiated into osteoblast. The CaO, SiO2 and P2O5 are basic components for forming a glass having high affinity with living body, and the Al2O3 controls the elution of the glass component in this system and promotes the differentiation of the cell. As such a crystallized glass, for example, a crystallized glass having the composition of 30-70% CaO; 20-60% SiO2; 5-40% P2O5; 0.1-15% Al2O3; 0-20% MgO; and 0-2% CaF2 by weight is preferably used. |
