摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a torque shock or the like when an operating condition is shifted from a condition in which the fuel injection volume of a fuel injection means is below a preset reference value, into a condition in which the fuel injection volume is increased. SOLUTION: An engine control device include a burning condition control part comprising a fuel injection means including a fuel injection valve 72 for directly injecting fuel into a combustion chamber in an engine body 3, an injection volume control part 75 for controlling the fuel injection volume in accordance with an operating condition, and a fuel injection timing control part 76 and an exhaust recirculation control part 77 for controlling the burning condition of the engine. In this arrangement, the burning condition control part controls the engine so that the burning condition becomes moderate when an operating condition is shifted from a condition in which the fuel injection volume of a fuel injection means is below a preset reference value, into a condition in which the fuel injection volume is increased.</p>
