PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catching and joining structure of a board material for construction in which precision and strength are high. SOLUTION: In the board material 11a of one hand, a slope 13a suitable for a virtual pyramidal diagonal line is formed of the ends of board materials 11a, 11b which are caught and joined. A projected column 14 is continued to the slope 13a and provided. A recessed grooves 15 which is continued to the projected column 14 and provided, is provided in the end edge of the board material 11a. In the board material 11b of the other hand, a recessed groove 16 is continued to a slope 13b opposite to the slope 13a and provided and the projected column 14 is inserted into the recessed groove 16. A projected column 17 which is continued to the recessed groove 16 and provided and inserted into the recessed groove 15, is provided in the end edge. The end edges of the worked board materials 11a, 11b are mutually fitted and stuck.
