PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment device capable of almost substantially eliminating the need of performing its maintenance, being utilized for water treatment in any of pipelines, existing duct lines, various tanks such as that installed in a high place, the front and rear of city water tap, drainage channels, etc., being simply fitted with a partition wall at a low cost by welding or the like, being integrally formed from a synthetic resin or with metal casting, reducing its cost, being protected from corrosion due to rust, etc., being easily subjected to inspection of the extent of wear, etc., being appropriately and exactly replaced by such another device; and enduring long-term service. SOLUTION: Relating to this device a jetting port 4 is formed by nallowing the opening of the inlet port 2, a curved wall 1i is extended from the jetting port 4 to form a storage part that functions as a pellet rotation chamber for storing tourmaline pellets 7 to be rotated and agitated in it, an outlet port 8 is bored in a position in which velocity of the water stream is lowered, and a partition wall 5 is placed opposite to the water passage so as to function as a restriction and a guide, or further, an outer vessel is formed so as to surrounded a cartridge type inner vessel by using the curved wall common to that of the rotation chamber as one wall of the water passage and using a curved wall placed so as to extend from the rotation chamber front wall, as the other wall of the water passage, wherein the inner surface of the rotation chamber is plated with gold.
