PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the detachment of a filter by applying adhesion stopping work to hardly integrate it with a member of a filter device in the use at a high temp. on the surface of a rim to prevent or suppress the adhesion of the rim. SOLUTION: A mirror finished surface or a cover 15b being a surface layer is applied on the surface of a rim 15. The mirror finished surface is formed by various polishings of chemical polishing such as electrolytic polishing, alkali polishing or mechanical polishing such as buffing. The formation of the surface layer 15b is performed by forming a metallic coating film by plating such as electroplating, a vacuum deposition method, an anodic oxidation method or forming a heat resistance resin coating film by 'Teflon(R)' working or the like. The rim 15 is easily peeled off without being stuck to a spacer 5 or a dispersion plate 8 even if a filter 6 (9) is used for a mouth pack 1 for melt spinning when the mirror finishing surface is formed or the surface layer 15b is formed on the rim 15. As a result, the filter 6 (9) is easily detached.
