PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visual confirmability for fluctuating emission display and dispense with a large-scaled peripheral device by comprising a vessel having a gas lighter than air sealed therein and a light source comprising an EL emitting sheet and an emission control circuit for emitting light from the EL emitting sheet.
