PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively judge a set advertising board or judge the effectiveness of advertising by judging the character attribute related to an audience on the basis of a video signal to generate the attribute judgment result information, cutting out the character image on the basis of the information, and accumulating the result of a content. SOLUTION: An image input devices 101 photographs the audience of a content and outputs it as a video signal 101a based on the format of a transfer bucket regulated by IEEE 1394. An attribute judging means 102 detects that the movement of the image of a moving object formed on the basis of the video signal 101a is minimized, and then judges the character attribute related to the audience to generate attribute judgment result information 102a. The character image is cut out on the basis of the attribute judgment result information 102a. A log memory means 103 accumulates the temporal history of the character attribute judgment processing in the attribute judging means 102 together with time data.
