PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve jointing strength of both metallic members by constituting a jointing face part with three or more inclined faces sequentially in an inclination direction in a manner that the jointing face part of the first metallic member is inclined against a pressing direction and also has plural square parts when first and second metallic members are jointed. SOLUTION: A valve sheet (first metallic member) 3 and a cylinder head body (second metallic member) 2 are jointed. Three inclined faces, namely first to third jointing face parts 3a, 3b, and 3f are formed, having two square parts. It is preferable that an inclination angle of the first jointing face 3a is 30-40 deg., and that the inclination angle of the second jointing face 3b is 60-70 deg.. A brazing material layer, whose melting point is lower than those of the first metallic member 3 and the second metallic member 2 and which is composed of eutectic composition with the second metallic member 2, is formed on the jointing face of the first metallic member 3. The first metallic member 3 is composed of a Fe system, the second metallic member 2 is an Al system, and the brazing material is a Zn system. |
