PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a pulse magnetron by controlling the oxidation and embrittlement of a bulk getter. SOLUTION: A pulse magnetron includes a positive electrode portion 11 for generating high frequency signals, a negative electrode 14 located at the center of the positive electrode portion 11, an output antenna 20 for picking high frequency signals generated in the positive electrode portion 11 and an exhaust pipe 17 for exhausting a pipe. A bulk getter 18 is arranged in the sealed exhaust pipe 17.
