PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an added up result of scores to each player quickly by transmitting a score of each hole for each player to a base station after a play of each hole and so forth, summarizing and adding up scores of all players which are transmitted from each golf cart at the base station. SOLUTION: A central processor, a memory device for an information of a course and so forth, an electric golf information device 10 which has a picture display device and an input part are loaded in a golf cart 1 and inputs a score and so forth, calculates and records and puts an information of course on record and switches a picture. A score signal is transmitted from an antenna 16 to a base station together with a GPS address signal and a golf cart number. An antenna 21 which catches a signal that is transmitted from each golf cart and a radio set 22 are provided to the device of the base station side. Scores of all players are summarized, added up and accumulated as data by a computer for an administration 24, then the added up result is printed by a printer 28 and provided to each player.
