PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a heating element efficiently without increasing the size of a radiator by disposing the radiator closely to an exhaust opening on the fan chamber side and forming a hollow section stepwise in a radiation fin. SOLUTION: A plurality of hollow sections 23 are formed in a radiator 15. A step part 25 is provided in the hollow section 23 and a radiation fin 16 is formed stepwise. The radiation fin 16 is arranged along the outer circumference of a propeller fan. Since the radiator 15 is disposed in a dead space remaining in the space surrounding the electric component part and the propeller fan, the radiation fin 16 can be increased in height. Consequently, a radiator 15 having increased surface area can be obtained without increasing the number of sheets of the radiation fin 16. According to the structure, a heating element can be cooled efficiently without increasing the size of the radiator 15.
